The house teaches because the tradition is held up by trained people. Teaching is slow, in order, and promises no shortcuts.
What is taught
- Ìṣẹ̀ṣe foundation: what Ifá is, who the Òrìṣà are, how the house is ordered
- Ẹwé: knowledge of the leaves and their use
- Prayers, oríkì and the protocol of the ilé
- Introduction to the Odù corpus
- Guidance for those already on the road
Initiations
Initiation is not sold and is not recommended as a routine. It is raised only when divination indicates it and when the person is ready for what it carries.
Before any ceremony the commitment, the time and the responsibility are explained plainly.

- No. Foundation courses are open to anyone willing to learn seriously.
- Are classes taught in Spanish?
- Yes, in Spanish and English. The liturgy stays in Yorùbá.
